DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery Van

Our deliveries are made via a third party delivery service. You will recieve an email after purchase with your indidvidual tracking number tha can be used via the link attached to the email.

All deliveries are to be advised that in case of depot issues or driver sickness there may be an additional 24 hours on the expected delivery date.

Next day delivery is for the following; England and Wales, Scotland Mainland,  Scottish boarders and The following scottish highland postcodes (AB10-16, AB21-25, AB31, AB32, AB39, AB41, AB51, AB52, DD10-11, FK7-21, IV1
-20, IV30-32, IV36, IV63, PA21-33, PH3-13, PH15-26 )

2-5 Day Services is for the following; Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Island, Scottish Highlands with the follwoing postcodes (AB30, AB33-38, AB42-45, AB53-56, DD8-9, IV21-28, IV40, IV52-54, KW1-14,
PA34-40, PA80, PH30-41, PH49, PH50), Scottish Offshore, and Northern Island

Returns: 

custom ties have a no returns policy as they cannot be resold. 

all other ties may be returned as long as:

 1. returned within the first 30 days of purchase, (proof of purchase is needed, without it no return or refund can be made. 

2. accompanied with a return note confirming you wish to confirm

3. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all VALMAR TIES LTD labels attached and all related packaging, accessories, and documents provided. Items that are returned incomplete, damaged, without the label and original packaging, altered, soiled, or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, cannot be exchanged or returned or refunded.
